  • He obtains, by means of an opposition contest, a place owned by the SPECIALIST OPTIONAL OF THE OPHTHALMOLOGY AREA at the “Príncipe de Asturias” Hospital in Alcalá de Henares, taking possession on September 28, 1989, a position he held uninterruptedly until July 2002, attached to the Glaucoma Unit of the Ophthalmology Service.
  • Obtains, through a competition, the appointment of an ASSOCIATED PROFESSOR OF HEALTH SCIENCES, in the area of ​​knowledge of Ophthalmology belonging to the Department of Morphological Sciences and Surgery of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Alcalá, with an appointment dated April 30, 1996 , a position that he held continuously until May 2002.
